Gast Art! is an alternative clothing and artwork gallery

Gast Art! offers a true piece of Amsterdam's art culture by exhibiting local, hand made, alternative pieces on multiple mediums. Our focuses include provocative works, touching on punk, gothic and clubwear.

Ledgebound

In a culture and industry where clothes are seen as a means of making a profit, Ledgebound sees it as a tool for self-expression and resistance. Inspired by anarchist philosophy and DIY culture, Ledgebound creates unique handmade garments, rejecting gender norms and general fashion trends. All garments are one-offs but can be made to measure in a diverse set of sustainable fabrics.

tHERAPY

We are an immigrant-female run fashion upcycling project.

tHERAPY was born in Berlin in 2012 and it is run by two sisters separated by the Atlantic Ocean and united by this passion: ANGIE AND POLI Aguirre, based in Berlin/Germany and Cordoba/Argentina.

We work at two production locations sourcing  materials and producing only upcycled clothing and accessories locally. Our raw material is 90% from second hand, vintage or discarded materials. We produce unique items and small series beyond trends and genders.

THERAPY IS RESEARCH ON IDENTITY THROUGH THE EFFICIENT USE OF RESOURCES.

We are WOMEN. We are latinas. We are immigrants. We are sisters. From this corner of our existence we work for a better FASHION AND A BETTER WORLD.

ReConstruct

REconstruct is a design collective consisting of three female designers, which produces unique made-to-measure pieces, created by constructing overstock and upcycling pre-used materials. Our aim is to be an active sustainable force in the fashion industry, while being an asset in forming unity in the creative community by creating an approachable, welcoming space for all.
